Home or Condominium : After the Water Counter or the Autoclave
Kalko Tronic can be easily installed in your home plant using the predisposition for the softener (if any) or intercepting the general water pipe.
For the softener it is difficult to find space and discharge for water, Kalko Tronic makes installation easier.
Kalko Tronic allows you to install the system thanks to reduced dimensions.

Some examples of housing space, in this case an installation with bypass system is adopted.
Clicking on the image (KalkoTronic EasyLock) will give you the correct hydraulic dimensions.
In the absence of space different configurations can be adopted (thanks to the custom system), or by adopting brass vents as photo if you need a more compact installation in height.
The installation can obviously also be horizontal.
If necessary, you can also install it in "Line".

Size: The type of machine Kalko Tronic is dependent on the section of the pipe and the number of apartments (house – apartment building)
I have a boiler Wall boiler (old or new)
If you insert a Kalko Tronic near the boiler you need to insert a pipe section of about 1.5-2 meters between the hydraulic KT and the boiler entrance, which is very easy to realize.
To obtain the space, it is sufficient to extend the pipe, often vertically, to the side of the boiler, so as to have the necessary space: in 90% of the cases, the only connecting pipes allow to reach the necessary distance (in the pipe path).
Not to be confused as a linear distance, the apparatus can be installed quietly alongside, under or above the boiler itself: under an example.
TECHNICAL NOTE: In the case of boilers or water heaters "RENEW" is highly recommended a steel mesh filter at the hot water outlet.
Some boiler assistance centers have indicated that maintenance is excellent, but a troublesome solvable effect occurs.
During the shutdown of the boiler there is an incrusting effect in the higher exchanger compared to other brands because it remains warmer.
During the hot water production, however, KalkoTronic is particularly effective.
A relevant "scale" effect in tap filters.
The solution is a steel mesh filter to reduce this effect that can be annoying but does not affect the maintenance of the efficiency of the Rinnai boiler.

Autoclave presence: distances
Kalko Tronic must be installed after storage and after pumps.
In order to prevent impeller turbulence from affecting treatment (as for softeners) it is necessary to have at least 1.5 metres away (in piping).
With large flow pumps (condominal) it is recommended 2.5-3 meters.

There may be no space to build a "U": Kalko Tronic can also be inserted online saving additional space.

In general, the plants are 2 and in the following configuration:
Kalko Tronic Master system: is the main treatment after the water meter
Kalko Tronic Slave system: is the maintenance system, of small size, that allows to have the maximum yield from the circuit and the serpentine favoring the recovery and maintenance of the energy efficiency.
Its good operation allows you to achieve maximum savings!
Thermal solar panels and/or Heat Pump
It can also be installed without problems on accumulations and/or puffers, powered or heated by heat pumps, solar panels or both solutions.
KalkoTronic allows you to optimize and keep exchangers longer in efficiency, often recovering the lost one.
Warning: in case of maintenance to the storage boilers after the use of KalkoTronic there could be an effect of abundant calcareous residues on the bottom of the boilers, this is the disacrancing effect KalkoTronic and depends on the initial situation, so how much limestone was already present.
Also for new plants will form limestone on the bottom as the incrustant effect can manifest during periods of very low use of hot water (like summer) but break off during the winter with the increase of the flow of treated water inside.
